How can I place an order if I live in the Dutch Antilles?

If you live on the islands of Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten, or St. Eustatius, please click here to place an order.

Do not place your order through the website. If you do so, we will have to cancel your order.

What is the delivery time?

If you place an order with us on a working day, we will hand it over to PostNL within 24 hours (provided it is in stock).

Our experience shows that you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days.

For Belgium, it takes 1 to 4 working days. When you order a set, you will always receive an email with the track and trace code to follow your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do!

How can I return an order?

We are sorry if your order is not to your satisfaction.

You can return the product within 14 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please send us a message by email or via the chat function to notify us.

You must handle the product carefully and may only unpack it to assess whether you want to keep it. If the product is damaged due to use, we reserve the right to charge costs or not accept the return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will refund you once we have received the product in good condition, via the same payment method you used.

The refund is free of charge for you. Once we receive your package, we will process it within a maximum of one working week. You will receive the refund within 14 working days of us receiving the package.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint, we want to help you as best as we can until you are satisfied.

Since the hair is a natural product, there can sometimes be a bad batch.

We naturally guarantee this: you have a one-month warranty on your purchase. You can notify us by emailing info@bunitta.com. If your order is within the warranty period, we will send you a shipping label so you can return the product to us.

Once we receive it, we will inspect the set/weft and provide a suitable solution.

What does 'Pre-order' mean?

When you want to order something but see ‘pre-order’, it means that we currently do not have the product in stock.

In most cases, it takes a maximum of 4 weeks for us to receive the product from our supplier.

If the situation changes, we will keep you informed if you wish.
